Do workers need to download anything?
No. The worker app is a web app that opens on any phone browser and can be installed to the home screen like an app. Native iPhone and Android apps are coming soon.
What can a worker do in it?
- Check in and out with GPS, and a selfie where you require one.
- See earnings so far this month, with commission, incentives and overtime broken down.
- Open payslips for every locked month, ready to print or save.
- Request leave, see balances and cancel a pending request.
- Request an advance and see what is outstanding and the next deduction.
- Send a correction for a missed or wrong punch.
- Read their released appraisal: rating, comments and goals.
Can workers see other people's pay?
No. Each worker sees only their own records. Access is enforced in the database for every request, not just hidden in the app.
Why show earnings live?
When people can see what a sale, a target or an extra hour is worth this month, payday holds no surprises — and the conversation moves from "is my salary right?" to "how do I earn more?".
