Can services and products pay different commission?
Yes. Sales carry a category in your own words, and a commission plan can pay a separate rate per category — for example one rate on services and another on products — with an optional monthly threshold before commission starts.
What if two people work on one appointment?
Record the sale with both participants and their shares. Each share counts toward that person's own tiers and threshold, so nobody loses credit for team work.
Can my booking or billing software send sales automatically?
If it can call an API, yes: Clockroll's public API accepts sale events with your own ids for staff and services. Otherwise, sales can be entered in Clockroll.
How are long and split days rostered?
Define shifts with their breaks, give each person a weekly pattern, and override single days for cover. Attendance is measured against the rostered shift, so late marks and overtime are fair to the actual schedule.
